RSA Training Course CertificateSA RSA Training Requirements

It is mandatory training for all ‘Responsible Persons’ working as Supervisors and Managers in SA to undergo training in the Nationally Recognised course - SITHFAB009A provide Responsible Service of Alcohol. The Statement of Attainment those persons will receive on completion of the Australian Online College RSA course is recognised and endorsed as appropriate training by the Office of the Liquor & Gambling Commissioner (OLGC) for employment in the SA Liquor Industry.

RSG Training Course CertificateSA RSG Training Requirements

In SA all persons employed in a licenced premises who are involved in the sale or delivery of gambling products are required to hold a current  Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation(OLGC) - Respsonsible Service of  Gambling (RSG) Certificate. Training for this certificate is based on the National Unit of Competency SITHGAM006A but may only be delivered by Registered Training Organisations and trainers that are licenced by the OLGC, such as Australian Online College.

Nationally Recognised Training Logo 120pxSA Food Handler Training Requirements

In SA Food Handlers are not required to undertake any specific training but there is a general obligation under the Food Standards Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ) that everyone involved in the production, preparation, handling and transport of food be trained to a level commensurate with their responsibilites. Most councils recognise completion of SITXOHS001A - Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures as meeting the FSANZ requirements for food handler training.

Nationally Recognised Training Logo 120pxSA Food Safety Supervisor Training Requirements

In SA a Food Safety Supervisor must have a Statement of Attainment issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for the competencies identified in the table below. The Australian Online College offers the Units of Competency SITXOHS002A and SITXFSA001A which meet the SA training requirements for the Retail, Hospitality, Transport and Distribution industries.
